Non-transferability: Memberships are issued in the name of the member and cannot be transferred. However, they can be accessed at any Evity location across India.
Credit Utilisation: Package credits must be utilised progressively, with 25% of the total credits expiring at the end of each quarter.
Company Closure Policy: In the unlikely event of company closure, members will be refunded based on a depreciated value of their package: 20% reduction per year of membership usage. Additionally, for each add-on member, ₹1,00,000 will be reimbursed against 50 credits.
