    • Wear light, breathable clothing that your skin can breathe in, or ask us for a towel or robe to change into.
    • Step into your private infrared sauna cabin, preset to your preferred heat level (30–60°C).
    • Let the deep warmth take over. You can sit back, read, or meditate for 20 to 40 minutes. This is your time for your mind and body.
