    This is a 20-minute guided loop moving seamlessly from heat to cold. Each stage primes your body for the next – the heat opens up circulation and releases tension, the cold locks in those benefits while reducing inflammation and sharpening mental clarity.

    Infrared Sauna Protocol

    Far-infrared waves warm you from the inside out, reaching deep into muscles, joints, and tissues. It soothes stiffness, improves circulation, and promotes detox, without the harsh heat of traditional saunas. You’ll step out relaxed and recharged.

    Cryo Protocol / Cold Plunge

    A rapid drop in temperature, either at —85°C for cryo, or 5-10°C for cold plunge triggers a wave of endorphins, sharpens focus, and signals your body to repair faster. You’ll step out feeling alert and ready to move.

    The experience

    Restorative Loop

     1  Start Hot:

    • Step into your private infrared sauna cabin, preset to your preferred heat level (30–60°C).
    • Let the deep warmth take over.
    • Sit back, read, or meditate for 20 to 40 minutes.

     

     2  Then go Cold:

    • If you choose CRYO PROTOCOL
    • Strip down to your inners and gear up with warm gloves, socks, and ear protectors.
    • Step into the cryo chamber and feel the cold.
    • Hop, jog, dance, move – whatever helps you adjust. It’ll be over within 3 minutes.

     

    • If you choose COLD PLUNGE
    • Change into a swimsuit and step into a chilled plunge pool.
    • The cold hits fast – breathe through it.
    • Your body will adapt and calm down. Stay for up to 10 minutes.

     

     3  End with Hot:

    • Your infrared sauna repeats. You end feeling calm and relaxed
